Our Mission:
‘I first had Logan Bread in the 60’s as a boy in Alaska. My Mother got the recipe from a mountaineer who relied on its nutrition during his expeditions. Today we are still using the same healthy ingredients including; fruits, nuts, whole grains, molasses and honey. Named after Mount Logan in the Canadian Yukon, this is some field tested, hearty stuff. Phil’s Good Food will use a portion of its proceeds to feed the hungry by giving Phil’s Logan Bread. Our mission is to provide a healthy, nutritious alternative to the over processed foods, which often find their way into hungry hands. By supporting Phil’s Good Food, you are not only treating yourself right, you are providing for someone in need.’
